Since logging my first complaint on 2/08, Samsung has still not sorted out my washing maching. I mean, WHO WANTS A WASHING MACHINE THAT DOES NOT DO ITS INTENDED PURPOSE? They referred me to Liptronic. I explained the situation to the lady Tasneem at Liptronic. She then promised she would sort this out with Samsung and get back to me. This was 3 months ago. She never contacted me again and does not take my calls when I call for her. I then decide to call Samsung again which is very frustrating having to go through the call center /agents who GUARD their managers. Eventually they put me through to Sylvester, the manager. I proceed to explain the situation for the umteenth time and he goes on to sympathise with me and asked for my REF #7112050076. I give it to him and he promises to call me back once he reads though 'the case'. This was last week Monday. I did not get a call back by Friday so I called to speak to him again however he was on a call with another cutomer and yet another promise to call me back immediately after he was done on that call. Today is Monday, STILL NO CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER. All I want is my money back so I can buy a decent washing machine that works!!
