Worst Customer Service ever!!!

Electronics and household app.

I am in utter disbelief at the way User Electronics is handling my query. I took my S4 Galaxy phone in for repairs on the 18 September, claimed under warranty. Ever since then I have been calling them week in and week out to find out the status of my repair. I get told one story after the other that they are still waiting for screens from Samsung. Susan goes as far as telling me the date of the delivery for screens and that mine will get fixed, to this day, 7 weeks later, I am waiting for my screen to be fixed. Last week on Friday 01/11/13 I was helped by a Lesego and was informed that the screens will arrive on Wednesday 06/11/13, latest Thursday 08/11/13 and that my phone will be ready. I called again this morning 08/11/13 and was helped by Lesego again, who confirmed that the screens have arrived and I should call back in an hour's time. Needless to say, I called back after 3hrs and was assisted by Susan. I could almost feel and see her face because she sounded as though I was becoming a nuisance. The long and short of it is that User Electronics are full of #@$%%# and I am angry and dissatisfied.
