Rude Indian lady assisting with my call

On 2013-10-05 I send an enquiry to LG's web, I had quick and professional feedback from LG but they could not assist me and referred me to Xecutronics (0115240764) - I bought a microwave in Jan 2012 but it's keep on tripping my power at Gerrack in Brooklyn Mall but the shop is not there any more. I just want to know if there's a nearer place to took my micro for repair, unfortunately I received an email that the only people that I can phone is Xecutronics. I phoned this morning and a very rude Indian lady assisted me. I'm staying in the Northern suburbs of Pretoria and are going to struggle to get the micro at Edenvale, is'nt there a nearer place ex. Game/Dion or Makro that I can take the micro to? Please note that the micro is still under warranty.
