8 Months for a repair. What a joke

My phone was sent in for repairs in March 2013. I have been given all of the excuses under the sun. Firstly I was told that the screens for the phone had to come from overseas and waited for that. After waiting and waiting was then told that the box with these screens had been dropped and had to wait some more. Eventually I was told that the phone was ready and that I could come collect it. I then called again to make sure everything was in order only to be told that they had already dispatched my phone with the couriers. It is now eight days later and no phone. I have tried to contact Autopage today again only to discover that they have no record of my phone on the system. What is going on?
