Camera House Ripp Off

Orded 1 Samsung Smartphone. Was told 24-48 hours for delivery. I paid the invoice in full including shipping charges
After 5 days I was told to contact the courier company to pay Customs fees and duties.
I decided to pay this amount after being told that I would be refunded the full amount.
After the goods still did not arrive I was told that I would have to pay the courier company more in order for them to deliver. I have decided to cancel the purchase.
The phone lines at Camera House are mostly on voicemail and when I am able to speak to a salesperson they are rude and abrupt and tell me I am wasting their time.
I will never deal with this rip-off company again
