My Samsung washing machine (still under guarentee) broke and a Samsung dealer visited me two weeks ago and said he will order the parts.
When I phoned today, he told me that I have to still wait 5-10 days because Samsung will only deliver then. So now I am sitting without a washing machine and Samsung takes their sweet time to send the parts to the dealer.
This is unacceptable. I will ensure to never buy a samsung electronic ever again.
