I tried calling LG warehouse in Cape Town regarding a monitor that was collected by them to be repaired / replaced. I left a message for them to follow up with me regarding when I would receive my replacement / repaired item, no one called me back so I called again later that day and while on hold my call was dropped 3 times. I shouldn't be this much of a mission to get feedback from LG, they should call the client and advise them on the progress. I am very unhappy with the bad service and expect someone to actually contact me and keep me informed, I should not have to chase up with them constantly
