Electronics and household app.

I logged a call last week for the repair of my stove, no one gets back to me and the technicians that they haev come when I am at home the whole day. Then they say they coming but dont come. they never return phone and it costs me money to call and follwo up and everytime its one after the other. I called Doreen Goosen this monring she does not seem to care she is siding the techncian when I tod her that no one was here she refuses to listen to me and my concerns and does not have a solution for me. This is not the firts time I have had this problem with Mastercare this is an ongoing frustration
