Pathetic customer service

Phone went in for repaires in november received it back in december 2days later it was broken and up until now still know device, there customer services is PATHETIC they promise to call you back and never do while on the phone you hear all there logo's which they cant live up to.

was contacted once by a techinal manager and that was it...

i would just like to warn people not to take out a contract at all cause they will have the device by you in 2days, but when it comes to repairs they dont have a care in the world.
