Poor service at shop floor level

I went to Cats Digital in Fourways mall on 22 October 2013. I stated very clearly that I am looking for a Logitech DFGT steering wheel for PS3. And I wanted to demo it. They had one on the floor, but it wA not connected. I asked the sales rep to connect it and asked if I could demo Gran Turismo 5 on it.
They didn't have the game and after a few phone calls asked me to bring my own game. I explained that I am not from the Fourways area and it was an inconvenience for me to return the next day. This after I already tried Cats Woodmead, who also didn't have their equipment connected due to shop renovation.
The sales rep assured me they will have it setup the following day, all I need do is bring my own game.
I returned there on 23octobet 2013. Only to find that the device was not setup. The same sales rep scurried around and eventually determined they did not have a power cable for the device. I wasted several hours over 2 days and never got to demo the device. I called the telephone number on the Cats website where I was informed they do not have a customer service number. Needless to say, I will NOT purchase anything from them again. Loyal customer lost!!!
