Bad cell phone manufacturers

I got a contract with Virgin Mobile in August 2012. Since then I am on my second Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus phone and now this one is just dropping my contacts from the phone. I store a customers contact details on the phone and in a week or less the phone just drops all the customers details. I cannot run a business with a krappy cell phone like this.
