Electronics and household app.

I have tried to contact Samsung on various occasions to find out when the software update will be available for my P3100 tablet, even tried the online chat... I think the person responding was high, underpaid, doesnt really give a rats, etc etc? What the? I think I could get more reaction or relevant information out of a rock.

The worst part is that this update is available already in Europe... so why do I becuase of my location have to wait for an update of a device that i probably paid more for than the person in Europe?
