Whats the use s4

Ok so i gt a new contract because i was so impressed by the s4... 6 weeks into it now and the phone gets hot when i browse and the hover screen keeps flashing on and off even when Im sending messages, browsing through the phone or checking social media, this is flippen annoying as it happens every 20sec. So i called vodacom and even went to the store but they were clueless, insisting that i must go to eastgate or any other repair center as they never hear of this fault before, so after getting the so called best phone only 6 weeks later i must take time off from work and go sit in lines and hassle my way to people who have no idea of what i am talking about and the best part is vodacom dont have the manual. Samsung better resolve this matter or i will make it public knowledge to other people interested in buying a samsung device
