BAD Service and BAD product

Last month I made a report about SAMSUNG not being able to solve an issue on one of there washing machines and not honoring the warranty by refusing to replace the faulty machine. We were left to resort to using a faulty machine still waiting to be called by a consultant.

Now the machine has another problem. The door doesnt unlock after wash and stays locked with closthes inside. I am very disgusted with this product. People please dont buy SAMSUNG ECO BUBBLE WASHING MACHINES it is absolute rubbish and their service is worse.
