CHARGED FOR WORK NOT DONE

Claimed telephonically and on home visit that he was a Samsung registered agent and supposedly proceeded to "repair" my fridge. Claimed that he filled it with Gas, repaired and serviced the fridge worked for about 40 minutes. That evening the fridge was on the blink AGAIN (same as before) and I called him on Wednesday 16th October to report fault again. He then claimed that it MIGHT be the Motherboard which he said was VERY Expensive and if I gave him the money for the Motherboard he would get it from Samsung and come out AGAIN to repair. I refused as I had already paid him R750.00 for NOTHING. I have been calling and calling and all I want is for him to repay me the money he took for NOT doing the work he claimed he did. He refuses and puts the phone down on me. People need to be aware that he is NOT what he Claims to be.
