Worst place to fix your fridge

On 15 Jan I requested RHR to fix my Defy fridge. They send someone to my house to fix it. The cost was R1690.00. The Charged me for regassing the fridge, the filter as well as replacing the PC board. After they left it was still not working, called them 3 time after that to come and fix their work. I eventually ended up calling a Defy agent. Whom in his report said the fridge only need regassing. Nothing else was wrong. Worst part i was charged for replacing the the PC board but according to the Defy technician, the board had the same serial number as when it came out. So what did I pay for if the Defy technician had to regas the fridge (again) and the PC board was still the same?? Do you call this service? Really think its pathetic! And on top it of it all they refused to refund me the money, yet they did absolutly nothing to fix the fridge!
