Have i-Pad (one) hardly used... still like new... won't turn on... apple logo flashes centre of screen... Purchased 20 months ago at i-Store Gateway Durban... Made and appointment and went to their technical team who tried to re-load software but on 3 occoations it bombs out just before it finishes... then they say "sorry we dont repair our own product out of warranty" - they sent me to "i-Fix" Gateway who took one week to investigate but no-one every came back to me - eventually told me sorry "motherboard problem"... rarely happens but nothing they can do as too costly to fix... cause of problem unknown... only option to throw it away!
EVER HEARD OF ANYTHING SO CRAZY!!??!!
Thanks Apple!...the truly desirable world leading brand!..hope you can read that I'm thrilled!!
