Wooden floors ruined by Leaking dishwashe

A faulty, leaking valve on a brand new dishwasher leaked slowly over 5 months under my wooden floors and ruined it. Friday 25 Jan 2013. I phoned Eben @Samsung, no response, Niam said he will ask Eben to phone back, Nothing!!! I continued Friday with phoning until 17h00 but no one answered. Monday I phoned from 9h00 and eventually got to switch board who put me through, but after sitting waiting 20 min.for a response with a machine that keeps on saying 'all operators are busy, hold ' I phoned again and told the switchboard operator that it costs me money to wait so long for call to be answered. Then she quickly got me through to Kabelo @Samsung, who said Eben not in, Bradley is person to speak to but he was busy on landline, she will ask him to call me, NO response!!! Phoned the call centre, Busi asked me to email [Email Removed] all photos of damage, proof of payment for faulty dishwasher, technicians report, quote of replacement of floor. Emailed all at 15h03 on Mon. 28 Jan. In email I asked them to notify me of received email, still nothing!!! Horrible service!!! Why can I never get through to the BIG GUYS? They are never available."
