Ripping of customers

I ordered goods from Mantech in JHB on the 23rd of Jan 2013. On top of the goods i had to pay R65 delivery. Bit seep but i though (staying in JHB myself) its reasonable for 24 hour delivery (Berco drop box at pick and pay is R100 for overnight delivery). It is now Monday the 28th of Jan 2013. I still do not have my goods!!!
