Samsung Does NOT Honour Warrantee

I reported my washing machine faulty while it was still under warrantee in 2012 to Neels (who was very accommodating) at their head office in Bryanston, Neels gave me Eben as the person who would have the problem resolved. After numerous calls to Eben and visits to their head office 7 months had passed and nothing had been resolved. I then went back to their Head Office in July 2013 to speak to Neels or Eben, I was told that they were no longer with Samsung and that a Richard Chetty would assist me, Customer Service and Product Knowledge are not part of his vocabulary. Richard told me that they would attend to problem with the washing machine, 2 weeks later i had heard nothing from Richard (who never returned one phone call or email) i went to the head office to meet with Richard to find out what was taking so long. I was told by Richard Chetty that the washing machine was old and it was very difficult to get parts, but to bare with him as they should arrive within the next 2 weeks. The parts arrived and someone was sent out to repair the machine, The machine still bounces around my kitchen and Samsung now refuses to repair the machine as it is out of warrantee. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG
