Faulty Dishawashe

Electronics and household app.

I logged a call with the Samsung call centre on 26th August about an error (E3) on my dishwasher, and the following day a technician was sent but he could not fix it onsite so the next day (28th) they took the machine. The machine was returned back a week later with the same error and i then called the centre and asked for another service provider. The 2nd provider had the machine for 2 weeks and they brought it back Wednesday 9 October but its leaking water, making a funny noise with a new error (F3). From the 1st day i logged a call to today it has been 2 months and I've made 14 calls to Samsung (i'm the one phoning) and it seems no one wants to take my case serious. I'm told that the case is escalated to Tshepiso but she has not called me instead i'm told i must wait 24 - 48hr as this is their turn around time (SLA). I also find it very interesting that the service provider does not care to return to me a machine that is not working, clearly Samsung does not hold them accountable.

I am very disappointed with Samsung especially with the amount i spent with all my Samsung appliance at home, makes me wonder what will happen when the others brake.
