Incorrect quote and pathetic attitude!

I took my iphone 5 to Aziz to fix as i was informed he could do the repair, clearly he cannot communicate or even repair any phones whatsoever. He firslty quoted to repair my phone R670.00 and have the phone fixed the next day! however this promise was not fulfilled! He contacted me telling me there is an additional outstanding amount of R1206 to be paid on the phone plus R138 for storage on the phone which was not agreed on! When i requested to have the phone and my money returned he refused and began becoming abusive towards me. This is not only pathetic and shoddy business ethic but also underhanded business practice! my phone needless to say has been returned, by force i might add, with parts missing as well as further damage done to the phone. This is unaccepable and also boarder line unlawful!!!
