I sent two blackberry's in for repair in December. I was told there would be a 4 - 6 wating period. I was contacted and told the one phone was irrepairable and the other was R1800-00. I gave the go ahead and requested a break down on the repair and the parts. When I was called to receive phones I immediately said at the branch they were not my phones. They checked the IMEI numbers and said they were. I called the contact centre to say the two phones returned were not mine and a complaint was logged and was told to fax a complaint through. This was done on the 16th January and 2nd February. On both occassions a sms was sent to my hone saying my complaint would be dealt with shortly. I have heard nothing. Firstly I spend a lot of money on my contracts- secondly I took pictures of my hones prior to sending them in, I have no idea what the repair department has done with the phones but they are a lot more scratched than when I sent them in. No invoice for repairs, no parts sent back, no response when you complain just a debit for the repair. The level of service is shocking and the amount of money I have given this company I would at least expect a phone call. The phone is still broken
