Just get ignored

My DVD player (HT-D453HK) gave problems of not reading dvd's in August. I took it in to User Electronics in Pretoria and it was repaired under warranty. The problem was not fixed as it still did not read discs. I took it back again, the unit was now out of warranty. They did the same repair again... Guess what; its still not reading dvds. Its now out of warranty...?! My problem was not fixed right the first time while the machine was in warranty. Got hold of your Samsung rep in Markro Silverlakes end of December, he said he would help. No word from him or from Samsung. What now?? This thing was expensive and I have only watched about 10 dvds in it in a year... Very disappointed in Samsung.
