Damage and bad attitude

I sent an email requesting for a double lnb to be installed.technician Innocent and Thomas came to install.in the process my ceiling was damaged. When I approved Innocent about it, how the damage will be resolved, as I cannot fix one thing and mess up one thing.he started raising his voice at me.even insulted me with f... Me word.i was not even given a receipt. I am extremely dissappointed with the service. I then called the office, the office said they will call Innocent, he claims he never took the money.i paid 700. I am highly offended.
