POOR INSTALLATION AND BEING RIPPED OFF

Its the first time we have had DSTV. i booked an installation of full dstv. We had a dish on our roof from previous owners. the installation was shocking, the mess left was unacceptable, they used the old dish and did not discount my quotation. No management was available for my complaint. Mavis had to sort out my complaint. Technicians charged me R100 for extra cabling - which was not necessary. they had to come back and fix the shocking job that they did. I feel totally ripped off!!! Even when it came time to leave, they could not start their vehicle - which has Dishsat electronics on it. I am so sorry i never read the complaints before i trusted this company to do my installation. I feel totally ripped off!
