Bad service

I went to JJ Electronics in Richards bay for some advice on the 5th of September 2013 . I went in and went to the service counter where a lady was behind the counter I asked about a problem about my new explora and she replied that she did not now anything about the decoder and just sold the .i asked if I could speak to a tec, she replied that there are no tech in the store to help me then I asked to speak to the owner and she replied the she had already left .then I asked to phone the tech and she phoned Aubery and gave me the phone as I asked him for advice he started going off at me over the fact that I had phone him and he was driving and if I need advice I should book a call out and should not bother while he was driving.
I could not believe it, the worst ever service.
I won't walk back into that store, very bad service.
