I registered an account on Rebel Tech's website and placed a order for a Razer mouse, not double checking my billing address and entering my previous home address I had to cancel the order fix my address and re-order. I emailed Rebel Tech's sales department immediately at 20:43 saying sorry for my mistake and asked if they can cancel my order... At 20:41 that same night they replied back that the problem will be taken care of and the ordered cancelled. On the day of my pick-up I was running late and phoned them asking to wait 5min and the simply replied no problem... Driving peek hour traffic in Johannesburg I got stuck and was 45min late and still the guys waited for me so that I can pick up my order. I want to thank Rebel Tech for giving me this wonderful experience of how customer service should be and still be able to help out customers late at night's.
