Incorrect orde

On 26/10/2013 we went to Nandos Elspark to get take aways for supper. we ordered strips and rice with extra feta as we always do. The person at the counter (Dumisani, Manager) offered us Spinage with the strips and rice at no extra charge. I still asked him if the spinage is seperate to the strips and rice and he replied yes. finally our ticket was called to get our order and there was only the boxes for the strips and rice and no spinage. So I opended the boxes to find there is mixed veg on top of the strips and rice. I asked the Manager (still at the counter) where the spinage was? he replied that he didnt tell us that we could get spinage, he told us that it was mix veg. I WOULD NOT ORDER MIX VEG AS I DO NOT EAT IT! he didnt even come and speak to us, I asked for a refund. Got my money and left. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!
