Demanding money for bad service

We wanted to to instal a tv in our main bedroom. It required HDMI cable to be pulled from the tv room downstairs up to the main bedroom plus a remote blaster all clearly stated on the job card and invoice. Raynard just did a normal installation with no HDMI cable and remote blaster. We were informed that the senior technician will come out and do the job properly. Before he left on completion of the job he demanded payment in full otherwise he would remove all the installed equipment. We made payment in full just to come home and see no remote blasters. This was on a Friday afternoon. We phoned the supplier to find out about the remote blaster to which Simon responded that they forgot about it and will only come back the Monday. We had to get into our car ourselves, pick up the remote blasters, come back and finish their job.
