Been given the runaround for 5 months!

Electronics and household app.

I bought the Samsung GT-P3100 in Dec2012. I used the camera a few times and by Mar, the camera was no longer working. I went back to the store and the Samsung guy fiddled with it, reset some stuff and sent me away. The next time I needed the camera, it did not work. I went back again (28/05) to be told I needed to go to the brand new service centre down the road. Once there, I waited a while and was eventually told that they needed to order a part and would call me in 10 - 15 working days. It is now 27 August and it is no closer to getting fixed. I have been given the run around and have now spent hours and hours getting nowhere. Today, I finally managed to get the manager's' name & tel (Riaan) but he is on leave! In the meantime a director called Colin is filling in BUT he is too busy to take calls. Meanwhile my R 5000 tablet is sitting at Century City. All I have to show for my money is a few weeks of using the tablet followed by MONTHS of annoyance and inconvenience. I do not want anything to do with Samsung anymore. I want a refund but no one at Samsung knows anything about anything. The other 3 people in the waiting area were equally unhappy by the way!
