Do NOT BUY a Samsung Phone

I got a Samsung Galaxi Pocket GT-S5301 with my upgrade.
Each day I must restart my phone and lose valuable phone calls as some people do not use the voicemail.
If I hand in the phone I must wait at least 14 days for my phone and as I have heard it does not get better.

WHY DOES Samsung put defective phones on the market???

You just can not use the phone to do emergency's as it is off and must be restarted.
I am FRUSTRATED!!!
