Fault samsung camera

My samsung camera software is faulty they sent it in for repair after 3 weeks i receved it back on the friday the sunday when i took fotos it was jumping through the programs again. So i went back to Hi fi corporation and then we batteled for a hour without any sucses. they then lent me there display camera after shouting. So today after a week i went back to find out if my camera is repaired my camera was stil not sent away. I dont whant anything to do with Hi fi corp or samsung ever again i just want my money back.
