Pathetic service!!!

We purchased a samsung frost-free refrigerator from Samsung, and took out an extended warranty. On Monday, 19th August, I called their customer care on 011 549 1700 (Gauteng) complaining that the fridge is frosting and the top section is not keeping the food cold, and its been like this for few days... i spoke to guy named Thembi on Monday, assuring me the technician will call me back between 24-48 hours... well, the 48 hours has passed and haven't received a call from their technicians... i called on Wednesday (21/08) and Thursday morning at 08:45am (22/08/2013), and spoke to Nonkululeko, assuring me that I don't have to worry and that I will receive a call before 10am... well, 10am has come and gone, and still waiting... so im passed the point of being upset and angry and just want a technician to contact me to fix our fridge... is that too much to ask Samsung??

Furthermore, they put me on hold for minutes and not even returning my call after giving them my cell number...

I sent an email to your CEO about your pathetic and ineffecient service... I will never from Samsung again!!!
