The worst Samsung store I have ever seen

My samsung s11 started giving me problems i.e. wont charge, switches on and off by itself and displaying a weird icon. So after I have had such good service from the Canal Walk branch in Cape Town, I thought lets not go to Vodacom and rather go to my nearest Samsung branch in Pretoria, which is the one in Brooklyn shopping center.

Well got there and showed one of the technical staff what the phone was doing, his unhelpful reply was that he needs to book it in as it looks like a serious problem that is gonna likely cost me in the area of R2000 for repairs and a minimum charge of R200 for booking the phone in. Luckily I didn't fall for it and decided to see if Vodacom could help me.

Went to Vodacom care and got sorted out, the lady there new exactly what was wrong, my battery was faulty.
So that didnt cost me a cent. Thanks Voadacom!

Went back to samsung to buy a new battery... out of stock sir.

I have been phoning since yesterday as I was told the stock will be in by then, no one has offered to call me when the stock arrives, I just got told to keep calling at my expense, Well their land line has been unavailable now for almost two hours!!!
What is going on there!!
