No response from AEG

Electronics and household app.

Our AEG washing machine purchased in December 2012 developed a fault which required a technician to review it. We contacted the call center on Thursday 01/08/13 and were told a technician was coming on Friday 02/08. (Reference JB02448). He did not show. Monday and Tuesday have passed with numerous phone calls to the call center with no technician in sight. No apologies are offered either. I have phoned again this morning and am promised a technician will come today. This is incredibly poor service with a serious lack of communication with the customer.
