I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from Makro PMB on 1/12/12.
On the 16/4/13 I contacted the store to report a fault on the Machine. I was informed it would be referred to Samsung RSA. On the 19/4/13 I was contacted by technician who came out to my Res in PMB . His Name was "Megeshan" from Technifix, Durban. He checked the machine by looking at the various functions and informed be he does not see anything wrong. (He said Foam prob drained itself)
He told, me to try it in the morning and he will call me by 10am to do a follow up. On the Morning of the 17th I did a washing load only to discover the same problem. The technician didn't call. so I contacted him on his cell and he said that he will send a report. On the 23th I contacted Technifix and spoke to "Deshnee" who said she has no record from the Technician and online it still says no fault with machine. I explained the story and she assured me a technician would come out to me. I also contacted Samsung RSA and spoke to "Thabli" ref: 7111899343 who also assured me some1 will be sent out. To date no response. On 26th/04/13 I spoke to Thulani from Samsung RSA, he said he has to rebook the fault. 2 date no technician??
