Very disappointing after sales service

Vestronics Technologies was originally awarded the contract to electrify 5-6 km of perimeter fence for our estate. We have however been very disappointed in their general unavailability for long periods of time to service or repair the system when it malfunctions. Most recent frustrations are that monitors reported out of order three months ago have still not received attention, and this weekend we had extensive cable resulting from sections of the fence not been electrified, although we have been pleading with Vestronics Technologies for the last month to send us a technician.
