We have invested in a new PABX for our company which cost us in excess of 250k. At first they were helpful and assisted us gladly. The system had teething issues which has to be resolved all of the time. When we ask for a technician it takes them a long time to resolve issues. When we get a quotation from them and place an order to have phones replaced or something added to the system they cannot give us an invoice to pay them for the service delivered. They take forever to give us invoices which is very frustrating to us as we cannot close orders on our system. When I ask for the GM to assist I get no reply whatsoever. BYTES HELP US TO PAY YOU!
