Elistat is completely useless at delivering

We purchased dstv bundle package from Makro, which included a satellite and lmb! To our frustration this was falsely advertised as the satellite would be supplied by a Elistat contractor. So we duly phoned Elistat to arrange for a contractor to install everything! The first contractor, name Moses, arranged to install the dstv between 1 and 2. Of course after numerous phone calls and empty promises he did not arrive. Further more he refused to answer his phone and later turned it off. So for the third time we phoned the switch board, and they said, they would try get hold of another contractor. Of course, no one phoned back with additional support! This is totally disappointing service, and I strongly recommend dstv find another installation company to install their satellites cause this will result in numerous new potential clients cancelling potential dstv contracts.
