TV not delivered

Please can you please assist me regarding my TV it was taken to Technodrive to be fixed. On the 27 July13 technician took my TV at my place with intention of fixing it at the workshop and promise to bring back during the week. For the past months I been making some efforts to go and collect my TV but no luck. On the 19 October I went to their workshop when I get there, there was no one. I then call Given to tell him am there to collect my TV then he say they don't open on Saturday and promise me to get technician during the week to deliver my TV. I keep sending emails remind him that am still waiting for my TV.

On the 07 Nov 2013 I make another call telling him that am coming to workshop to collect my TV, he say he will come back to me he want to check if there is anyone at the workshop. I waited for more than an hours and I call him again and he told him I was waiting for his call, then he told me there is no one at the workshop and my TV is safe. Then I told him I will come tomorrow Friday morning to come and collect it. Because I need to take it home. When I call in the morning there come another story that my TV is there but the technician did
