Waiting three week for cellphone repair

My recently bought samsung s4 stared rebooting every few minutes. I took it to the smart centre at Century City where I booked it in for repairs. Although the service at the centre was excellent, they were unable to resolve the issue immediately. Later it was found that the motherboard needed replacing, which they then promptly ordered. That was 2 weeks ago and the part has yet to arrive. This is a horribly frustrating experience as I rely heavily on my cellphone for work purposes. My number, contract SIM and phone is unusable!!! Terrible service having to wait so long for the part to arrive! Great phone... but the service i.t.o parts delivery is dismal!!! Will not recommend buying a samsung smart phone due to lethargic after sales service.
