I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S4 from 90cm when it was only 4day old (my fault) and the screen broke (not the toughest phone ever built). I went to Samsung Smart Care and they said the screens and parts for the phone will arrive in a week or 2. It's been 3 weeks and now they have no idea when the shipment from Korea will arrive and no one can tell me. I chose Samsung instead of HTC, Sony or BlackBerry because of the "great" after sale service. Now I'm stuck with a broken phone for who knows how long. I complained on their Facebook page and they asked for my contact details as they would like to contact me, that was 2 days ago and still nothing.
