Wrong size silencer box

Last year june (2012) i went to have a complete stainless steel exhaust fitted... unknown to be they send the vehicle to another company to fit the exhaust... my vehicle started to sound funny lately so i went to have it checked at another exhaust company... who told me the wrong size silencer box was fitted..i took it back to Supa quick... who tell me it isn't under warranty any more. However the other company said it should come with a 5 year guarantee.

It is not for me as a client to come home and jack my car up and check what was done..as i don't even know what i am looking for... and especially after i took it to them to replace it. i don't feel i should have to pay for a new box to be fitted as the correct one should have been fitted the first time.
