On the 8-03-2013 I was told by the salesman in question that the vehicle I was purchasing was fitted with an alarm and central locking, only to find out couple months later that it in fact has no alarm at all, as my vehicle was broken into. The salesman "can't remember telling me that it has no alarm" and when asked why an alarm was not upsold to me, he could not give an answer. I had insured my own vehicle knowing well that an alarm was needed and this was communicated to the salesman. Numerous previous attempts to contact the salesman and his manager Yagan about a prior matter regarding faulty mudflaps ALWAYS fell on deaf ears. NO ONE from this dealership has ever called me back when an issue was raised about my vehicle and to this date I am still awaiting the outcome of the "ghost alarm". The service from this dealership and in particular Gerrard Chetty is appalling to say the least. He never takes my calls and is hardly ever at work. I will be taking this matter up further should there be no resolve. Gerrard has little knowledge on the vehicle that he sold me, even though he states that he is in the business for 15 years. Some features I had shown to him that he was unaware of.
