Pathetic Customer service- Dont care attitude

My telephone contact started with LG (Vusi) on 4 January 2013 after I deposited R2803.93 into LG bank account via ATM payment.
Vusi informed me that my fridge will be delivered between 5-7 days. After Vusi went on leave, I communicated with Margaret but still progress. Thereafter I discussed with Reagen and then Toni.
For many days, I wanted to talk to a senior manager, but I was always cut off, but this is the first time I managed to talk to you. However, I did speak to a Dalwinde who also gave me an undertaking they will act on the delivery but still to no avail. Many of your staff NEVER return calls. Toni called on 16 January 2013 and informed us that the fridge is on its way and I should get delivery on Thursday or Friday. I communicated with Louis Stevens at IRS Tronics from Thursday until present and the fridge has not arrived as yet. I have had problems with other companies in the past, LG has been my worst nightmare and experience and frustration.
I trust that you will make every endeavour to restore faith in LG and speed up my delivery as you could imagine a
