Extremely Dissatisfied Custome

I would advise anyone against doing business with this company. I placed, and paid via paypal, for my order of a video camera on 6 June. I needed the video camera urgently and since their shipping policy stated 4-8 days delivery, I was not concerned. Now it is 3 weeks later and still no delivery. I tried to contact them numerous times via email and through online support without response, except for a replay email that "they are sure my goods have been dispatched already". My order still shows as "Processing" while they have already spent my hard earned money.
