Bad communication and late delivery of goods purchased. Firstly emailed them and requested pricing on a Nikon D3200 with the 2x VR lens kit. No response so bought my camera from another supplier who was very accommodating in making a sale. I then purchased lens filters and a bag and tripod from ORMS on Thursday last week and made payment. No response again from them about the order status. Finally had to email them and request feedback and they only replied due to some issues the order could not be shipped the Friday. It is now Monday and still no updated status on my delivery. Lesson learnt do not order anything from these guys if you need it urgently bro and still don't know why we should pay overnight shipping fees if the order takes 5 days to ship and be delivered. Will definitely think twice before making use of them again.
