Worst online retailer ever

Every time I order something online from TAKEALOT there is always some kind of problem with either my order, the delivery or the product itself. For example: I order a lot of video games and video game related goods from TAKEALOT. Particularly for the PlayStation 3. Whenever I order something from TAKEALOT there is usually a problem such as them sending me the wrong codes, being late with sending me the codes, or video games where some items are missing from the package (such as the online pass or pre-order bonus DLC). Other problems include sending me damaged goods, or my deliveries being late or not even going through due to some glitch in their system. Every time I order from TAKEALOT there is always a problem with my order/delivery/goods and I'm sick of this nonsense.
