When our vehicle was a video camera was also with the vehicle. The item was specified on our insurance policy. Sounds Great after having been given the correct model number by the insurance assessor purposefully replaced the video camera with an cheaper inferior model. Why is Santam even using companies like this to settle their insurance claims.
